In most cases the service is provided on-site. Where I am unable to carry out the repair on-site, your computer will be returned and a working demonstration will be given.

This service includes the following:

• Identification of required upgrade
• Ordering of compatible component
• Installation and setting up of component
• Demonstration of component working correctly
