The No Fix, No Fee policy means that if I do not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made.

As part of a purchased service, I will visit and assess the service requirements free of charge.

This service usually carried out in the company workshop.

This service can usually be provided on-site, but occasionally the service must be undertaken off-site.
